Techno-Functional Consultant

About the Role

This role sits between functional design and technical implementation. You'll take business requirements from functional consultants and turn them into extensions, integrations and data migration scripts — while staying close enough to the business context to know when a customisation is actually the right call.

What You'll Do

• Translate functional requirements into technical designs for extensions and integrations
• Build and test customisations using supported Dynamics 365 extension frameworks
• Design and execute data migration scripts and validation routines
• Build integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party systems (APIs, middleware)
• Support UAT and troubleshoot configuration or integration issues
• Document technical designs for long-term maintainability

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years combining functional configuration and technical development on Dynamics 365 (AL, X++, or Power Platform)
• Experience with data migration tools and techniques
• Understanding of API-based and middleware integration patterns
• Ability to work directly with both business and technical stakeholders
